Rosa Ore is a woman of extraordinary purpose. As a single mother of three, she understood firsthand that a woman's success shapes the destiny of her entire family. That conviction led her back to school, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and a Master of Arts in Latin American and Caribbean Studies.
With over 25 years in the educational arena — as an elementary school administrator, university adjunct professor, college mentor, and university adviser — Rosa discovered that her greatest calling was not just teaching academics, but igniting the leader within every woman she met.
That passion gave birth to Latina Leaders, Inc. — a leadership mentoring program built on one powerful belief: Latinas are powerful women who possess many talents, abilities, and gifts that have been hidden for too long. Rosa created this program to change that — to call out the hidden potential in every woman and empower her to rise up and take her place as a leader in her home, job, business, and community.
Her signature 8-week coaching program combines group discussions, self-reflection, targeted reading, and 1-on-1 mentoring to give women a new perspective on leadership — one that is rooted in purpose, faith, and the unapologetic belief that every woman is already a leader. When women are elevated into leadership, families grow stronger, businesses thrive, and entire communities are transformed.
She is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator and General Civil Mediator in Georgia and Nevada, the founder of the non-profit Prism3, Inc., and has been featured in Influential Women magazine. Her mission trips to Panama, El Salvador, Colombia, and Costa Rica further reflect her heart to serve women globally.
